They may not have any type of definite product at this stage of the game either. What’s more is that they don’t’ have any financial summaries to give you an idea of what they are worth either. All of this adds up to be a bit of a problem for the investor.

That is why so much of these stocks are based on pure speculation. That is also why you need to spend a good deal of your time learning as much as you can about the company and what they can offer before you head off to invest in them. By doing your homework it will pay off. Since they can not provide you with good information to determine their value you need to make that decision on your own.
